所以,本研究根据danieldesion的组织文化量表和自编的绩效管理过程关键因素问卷对188名企业员工进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行了相关分析,结果表明: ( 1 )企业中的组织文化有9个关键维度:领导愿景与目标清晰、员工的工作目标、内部危机处理、组织内部的通透性、团队合作、价值引导与投资、组织认同与行为灵活性、组织发展内外举措、组织发展源泉( 2 )各类企业总体,组织文化中的8个维度都与绩效管理有显著的正相关,仅与内部危机处理在绩效考查、绩效监控、绩效运用上有显著的负相关。
